Our Capabilities
Listed below are our machines used for steel fabrication and an overview of their capabilities.
Horizontal Band Saw CuttingOur Wells Horizontal Band Saw is capable of cutting steel bars, rounds, structural tube and angles up to 16" wide x 20' tall x 40' plus long.

CNC TorchingOur Koike Aronson AG-1500GH Torch has a cutting envelope of 96" W x 120" L x 5 1/2" H. It has been retrofitted to a CNC controlled unit that cuts using Cad geometry.

Blanchard GrindingAP Industrial Steel Has two Blanchard Grinders. Our Smallest one is a 60" which can grind 64" corner to corner. Our largest is a 84" .

Our Custom Steel Fabrication Process
1. Customer Specification
Our process starts with our customers conveying their request via phone instructions and/or email instructions with pdf, dxf or dwg drawing attachedments
2. Production and Delivery
Once ordered all products are processed and tracked through the production floor to completion. Our lead times on saw cut material are same day or next day, CNC Torch 1 to 2 days (depending on size and quantity of order) and Blanchard Grinding 2 to 5 days (also depending on size and quantity). We also deliver upon request from our customers.
